Free Nationwide Delivery
We offer free shipping on every order, all over Pakistan — no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched from Lahore through trusted courier partners such as Leopards Courier and PostEx.
Delivery Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Lahore: 2–3 business days
- All other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days
During sale seasons or public holidays, deliveries may take a little longer — we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier rider.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share your tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel to your doorstep.
Correct Address
Please double-check your name, complete address and phone number when ordering. HerBeautyCare cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If we make an error on our side, we will re-send your order at no cost.
Areas We Cannot Reach
A few remote locations are not covered by our courier partners. If your address falls in such an area, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative.
